We’ll clarify your primary goal, timeline, and training environment (home or gym, bands/dumbbells, schedule). A brief movement/history chat helps me spot what to prioritize and what to avoid. You’ll leave with next steps, your check-in day, and exactly which option fits best.

Your Program

I build a phased program (glute-focused + mobility) around your real life—not the other way around. Sets, reps, tempos, and accessories are tailored to your level and equipment on hand. Nutrition is kept simple and flexible so you can be consistent without restriction.

Train & Track

Weekly check-ins keep you accountable; I review form and adjust volume/intensity to break plateaus. If your schedule or recovery changes, your plan updates with you—so progress never stalls.
